1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop of [Schaap-Art].
2. Products
All paintings are original, handmade oil paintings. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the handmade nature of each artwork.
3. Prices
All prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Payment
Orders are processed after full payment has been received using one of the available payment methods.
5. Shipping
All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page or during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard paintings within 14 days after receiving the artwork, without giving any reason. After notifying us, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the painting.
Custom-made or personalized paintings created according to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Returns
Returned paintings should be handled with care and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork may be deducted from the refund.
8. Liability
[Schaap-Art] is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

Algemene voorwaarden
1. Algemeen
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen die worden geplaatst via de webshop van [Schaap-Art].
2. Producten
Alle schilderijen zijn originele, handgemaakte olieverfschilderijen. Kleine verschillen in kleur, textuur en afwerking horen bij het ambachtelijke karakter van het werk.
3. Prijzen
Alle vermelde prijzen zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld. Verzendkosten worden tijdens het afrekenen duidelijk weergegeven.
4. Betaling
Betaling vindt plaats via de betaalmethoden die tijdens het afrekenen beschikbaar zijn. Een bestelling wordt verwerkt nadat de betaling is ontvangen.
5. Verzending
Bestellingen worden zorgvuldig verpakt en verzonden. De verwachte levertijd staat vermeld op de productpagina of tijdens het afrekenen.
6. Herroepingsrecht
Bij de aankoop van een standaard schilderij heeft de consument het recht de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van redenen te herroepen. Na de herroeping heeft de consument nog 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.
Schilderijen die speciaal op maat of volgens persoonlijke wensen van de klant zijn gemaakt, zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht.
7. Retourvoorwaarden
Het schilderij dient zorgvuldig te worden behandeld en, indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, in de originele verpakking te worden geretourneerd. Eventuele waardevermindering als gevolg van gebruik dat verder gaat dan nodig is om het product te beoordelen, kan worden verrekend.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
[Schaap-Art] is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de producten.

1. Généralités
Les présentes conditions générales s’appliquent à toutes les commandes passées via la boutique en ligne de [Schaap-Art].
2. Produits
Toutes les peintures sont des œuvres originales réalisées à la main à la peinture à l’huile. De légères variations de couleur, de texture et de finition font partie du caractère artisanal et unique de chaque œuvre.
3. Prix
Tous les prix sont indiqués en euros et incluent la TVA, sauf indication contraire. Les frais de livraison sont clairement indiqués lors de la commande.
4. Paiement
Le paiement s’effectue via les moyens de paiement proposés lors de la validation de la commande. La commande est traitée après réception du paiement.
5. Livraison
Les œuvres sont soigneusement emballées avant leur expédition. Le délai de livraison estimé est indiqué sur la page du produit ou lors de la validation de la commande.
6. Droit de rétractation
Pour les peintures standards, le consommateur dispose d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de l’œuvre pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier sa décision. Après avoir informé le vendeur de sa décision, le consommateur dispose de 14 jours supplémentaires pour retourner le produit.
Les œuvres réalisées sur mesure ou personnalisées selon les spécifications du client ne peuvent pas être retournées et sont exclues du droit de rétractation.
7. Retours
Les œuvres doivent être manipulées avec soin et, dans la mesure du possible, être retournées dans leur emballage d’origine. Toute dépréciation résultant d’une manipulation dépassant ce qui est nécessaire pour examiner l’œuvre pourra être déduite du remboursement.
8. Responsabilité
[Schaap-Art] ne peut être tenue responsable des dommages indirects résultant de l’utilisation de ses produits.
